Get Cooking!

here are a few of my favourite recipes that I’ve written over the years.  They are delicious, easy to follow and bursting with flavour.  Grab your apron and let’s get cooking!

Peanut Butter Stracciatella

Ninja Creami Peanut Butter Protein Ice Cream with Magic Shell topping. It’s high in protein, low carb and great for keto eating plans.

Unlike most online recipes, this recipe does not use instant pudding mix.

Ole & Steen Dupe

One of my favourite, IF NOT MY favourite baked good has to be Ole & Steen’s Cinnamon Social.   I don’t know what it is that makes me obsess about it. Is it the buttery brioche-like bread?  The swirls of warming cinnamon.  Perhaps the secret custard that gets baked in.  Or is it the glaze on top?  Who cares? Because I absolutely love it.

Pasta Alla Gricia

Pasta alla Gricia may be the most underrated of all the four types of classic Roman pastas. The world loves a carbonara, and it’s the, dare I say pedestrian, of the four.

You just need 3 ingredients and boom delicious pasta!

Picnic Perfect Muffaletta

YAY to summer and yay to picnics.  I preset to you the Picnic Perfect Muffuletta featuring Leerdammer cheese. Despite its goofy sounding name, it’s a serious sandwich that has wow factor when you serve it up.

The muffuletta is a New Orleans classic that was invented in the 1930s.    It could not be simpler to make and a perfectly portable picnic treat!

xFried Mozzarella sandwiches
(Aka Mozzarella in Carrozza)

If you have not had Mozzarella in Carrozza before you are in for a treat. It’s roughly translated to mozzarella in a carriage.. and that’s what it is… Its kind of the love child between a grilled cheese sandwich and a savoury french toast… but with… you guessed it Mozzarella.

These Fried Mozzarella Sandwiches could not be any easier or more delicious to make.
